TJC Fire & Electrical carry out complete electrical installations on new builds and developments — from a single self-build to multi-plot sites. We work alongside builders and developers from first fix through to second fix, testing and certification, so the electrical package lands on programme.

What we deliver on a new build

Full first and second fix wiring, consumer units and distribution, internal and external lighting, EV charger supplies, solar PV and heat pump supplies, and fire alarm and detection systems — designed, installed and certified by one NICEIC-approved team, with the fire safety side handled under the same roof.

Recent new-build work

A development of nine luxury apartments at Alum Chine in Bournemouth — full electrical, roof-mounted solar PV, EV charging, air source heat pump supplies and fire systems (July 2026). A site of seven three-bed houses in Southampton, fully wired. First and second fix on a high-spec new build in Ferndown (July 2026), and first fix on J R Baker Construction’s new build in the heart of Lymington (August 2025). At Landmark Place in London, second fix across a site comprising 124 flats.

Working with builders and developers

We price the package as a whole, in writing, and keep it fixed. On site we coordinate with the main contractor’s programme — the same way we’ve worked with Zebrano Bespoke Building, Hunnings Homes and J R Baker Construction.
