What an HMO needs
A satisfactory EICR at least every five years, interlinked fire detection appropriate to the property’s risk level, emergency lighting where the layout demands it, and a fire risk assessment kept current. We install, test and certify all of it, and put every price in writing before work starts.
Recent HMO work
A 13-bedroom HMO conversion in Portsmouth. A finished HMO project delivered with the builder and interior designer, covering the complete electrical installation and lighting throughout (October 2025). An eight-flat conversion of a former Methodist church in Gillingham (July 2024).
